In the first episode of Season 2, I interview Sharan Kaur, a relationship counsellor with The Mind Faculty about the process of heartbreak in romantic relationships and how it is similar to the grieving process. We also discussed what to do and more importantly what not to do during the a break up. (Hint: it's not stalking your ex!)
