OVERVIEW

As an experienced dietitian, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals' nutritional needs, particularly those facing mental health challenges. My work at the Institute of Mental Health in Singapore has provided me with extensive experience in addressing eating disorders, swallowing, and chewing difficulties.

I specialize in developing tailored nutritional strategies that emphasize the critical connection between nutrition and mental well-being. I guide individuals of all ages, including children and adolescents, through evidence-based dietary interventions that promote both physical and psychological health.

In my practice, I create educational materials and engaging activities, such as nutrition-related card games, to make learning about healthy eating enjoyable and impactful for all ages. Restoring the joy of eating for individuals affected by medical conditions is central to my approach, reflecting my belief in nutrition as a vital component of overall well-being.

My commitment to improving health through innovative nutritional solutions drives my work. I am passionate about supporting individuals in optimizing their well-being through informed dietary choices. Additionally, I have expertise in addressing the nutritional requirements of the elderly and those recovering from surgery.

I speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
