Dr Isabel is a clinical psychiatrist who has been in the government service for more than a decade. She is currently pursuing her sub-specialty fellowship in the field of Forensic Psychiatry.

-       Women’s mental health ( expectant mothers, post partum depression and stress)
-       Childhood disorders ( ADHD, Autism, conduct disorder and others)
-       Adolescents (depression, anxiety, stress)

Dr Isabel has served in multiple hospitals across Malaysia and has abundant clinical experience in managing cases such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety. She strongly advocates to raising mental health awareness among the general public as well as to seek for early treatment and intervention.

Dr Isabel provides physical as well as virtual sessions for clients based on their individual preferences, therapy sessions can be available from the comfort of your home. She advocates that everyone from all walks of life should have access to good mental health care.

Dr Isabel provides a holistic approach which consists of psychological as well as pharmacological therapy. She believes that good nutrition, a balanced diet and exercise are essential in keeping the body and mind in perfect sync.
